Managerial Courage-This is one of my favorites- Grant has had to make a lot of unpopular decisions as a Manager but it is always the best decision for the Company. It take alot of guts to make the hard decisions and he does it with grace. He is a great problem solver and knows how to get the job done.

He was put in charge of the investigation into the accident-a new company-new people- and he was a pro! It was not the start we expected but it goes to show how he can handle any situation he is thrown into and succeed in whatever he puts his mind to.

1- 17+ years in the Transportation Industry-he worked up from a Truck Driver to Operations Manager.

2- Increased revenues by 455% and profits by 1361% in a 3-year period.

3- B.S. in Business Administration and Finance.

4- Contributed to increase in revenues, which approached 30 million annually.

5- Co-led a team that saved the mill 1.2 million annually in transportation costs.

6- Managed the transportation functions -Rail, Intermodal, Stack Train, LTL, and TL.
